Carlo Acutis

"To live as an original, not a photocopy."

Born London, 1991 Died Milan, 2006 — age 15 Beatified 2020 Canonized Sept 7, 2025

We are all called to become saints. This one lived among us — in jeans and sneakers, one hour of video games a week, ordinary school days like anyone else's.

"The only thing we have to ask God for in prayer is the desire to be holy."

Carlo's mother, Antonia Salzano Acutis, is still alive today — traveling the world to tell people about her son, and about the Jesus he never stopped talking about.

"My secret is to contact Jesus every day."

The Prediction

"When I reach 70 kilos, I am destined to die."
// 70kg ≈ 154 lbs — his exact weight at death

Days after Carlo's funeral, his mother Antonia woke to a voice saying "Testament." Searching his room, she found nothing written — but on his computer, the instrument he used most, she discovered a short video he had filmed alone three months earlier. He looked calmly at the sky and named the exact weight he would be when he died. He was.
